Are you an upbeat, skilled, and customer-focused leader ready to take on a key role in our team? We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join us!
Who You Are: -An enthusiastic hospitality professional with at least one year of experience in a similar role. -Passionate about great coffee, food, and customer service. -Experienced barista with excellent coffee-making skills. -Holder of an LCQ and Bar Manager’s Certificate . -A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. -Organised, proactive, and great at motivating a team.
What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service. Train and support staff to create a positive, high-energy environment. Keep an eye on stock, orders, and café presentation. Build relationships with customers and keep the welcoming vibe alive. If you love great food, coffee, and the buzz of a busy café, we’d love to hear from you!
